This is just one aspect of the entire process. As a client, you are often unaware of the costs involved in creating a commercial. These often exceed the initial budget due to several factors (using real actors, filming abroad, etc.). As a result, the creation of an online video or commercial takes up more budget, making an effective media campaign harder to achieve with a low(er) media budget.

Additionally, regulations vary in each country, which is very important in creation. For instance, certain promotions or actions can be mentioned in a commercial in Spain but not in Germany.
